Alt and title image information not showing

Hi there,

I wonder if I do something wrong, I have updated the alterative text and title of all my images in the media library, but it is not showing on the frontend. I have deleted the cache but still nothing. The only way to update it on the frontend is to go into the image module and select the image again and save it. Only then I can see the alternative textand title on the frontend. Is this behaviour normal or am I missing something?
