    I see others are having a similar problem.

    I have two forms on my site: a simple contact form is working properly, but a more complicated form is sending notifications to the user, but not the email to the admin (person on my site who should receive emails).

    The settings for both forms are identical.

    The emails are showing up as expected in Entries.

    I tried adding fields one by one to the more complicated form, but could not identify which fields were causing the problem. (e.g. it stopped working after I added an Upload File field, but did not resume working once I deleted the field. Same with other fields).

    I tried using the WP SMTP plugin as advised elsewhere but it did not make a difference.

    I’d like to keep using this because I particularly like the file upload feature! Can you help?

    Thanks Shane. I haven’t been able to open a ticket — I already had an account on your website so the link sent with a VFB Pro account number didn’t work. I’ve had a number of back and forth automated emails but the problem seems to be the VFB Pro account number is not associated with [email protected]. Would you mind trying to set me up with a different email address? [email protected] Thanks so much for your help.
