Also getting Updating failed message

I just installed your TC Team Members to see if I like it before I look more into the Pro version. Like others, I’m getting an Updating Failed message when I insert the shortcode in my page. No matter how much or little I put in members, it always fails. Are you sure this plugin works? I have WordPress 5.2.3 on my web hosting website.
