I’ve seen the other support requests about not getting reports, being related to shared hosting.
I have a reseller account on site5, and I’m trying to get this plugin to work on some of those sites that I manage for the client.

It’s working great on my client who is on FlyWheel and WPEngine, using the same API key, so I know my api key is set correctly at Google, and that this is a great plugin!

Can you help me figure out how to get this working on my other client sites?

The latest update to the plugin fixed all known issues on shared hosting accounts.

If you are able to provide me temporary access to one of the site5 wp-admin areas I can take a look and see if I can find the cause to your issue there.

If that is possible, please send the credentials through my sites contact form here: https://mattkeys.me/about

    Thanks,

That plugin was acting as if the gpi_* tables did not exist in the database. I was unable to actually look at the database tables to confirm. However I deactivated and reactivated the plugin (which would prompt it to attempt to create the tables again), and the plugin is now working correctly.

Is there anything strange about the way that this plugin was installed? Was it possibly installed by a tool that installs plugins across multiple sites at once?

    Thanks,

    Matt

Yes actually, I did. I used MainWP’s tools to install the plugin to these sites.

I’ll go back to my other sites and do the same thing. You’re welcome to the cpanel login and password if you’d like to look around the database?

Thanks for confirming, I have seen the same issue once before, also with the MainWP tools. I will have to do some testing with their tool one of these days to see why it fails.

No need for the cpanel info.

Thanks for looking into it, and on a Saturday on a holiday weekend. Hope your holidays are awesome ??
