Also broken on multiple sites after newest update

We also experience issues with the newest update (1.2.3.1) of this plugin.
On multiple sites where I updated the plugin, it does not work at all. No /wp-admin access also, when changing the url it also does not work.
Had to download a previous version from a backup to make it work again.
