“already subscribed” – Mailchimp

    hi Guys

    i just installed the plugin, i love it!

    BUT

    when i connect it to maichimp it keeps telling me user is already subscribed…if i use the built in list it works…is there a setting i need for mailchimp?

    Hey @markstent,

    Hope you’re well.

    Are you trying same email address without confirm? Even if you didn’t confirm the email address and it’s not showing on Mailchimp list it should send that error because of waiting confirmation. If this not solves, can you share with us the URL of popup? So we can check is there any JS error on page.
