Already Participated Message Without Having Voted

    I’m using the following settings for my voting poll:

    – Multiple Choice: No
    – Result Visibility: Not public
    – Voting restrictions: One vote per IP with no VPN

    For a number of people that haven’t voted yet the polls (it seems random which ones) say that they have already voted and doesn’t let them submit their votes.

    How can I fix this issue?

    Yes it happens with when user using Same WIFi connection as we detect network IP to make it unique, please try with OTP based voting or Browser finger print to prevent it
