Already Installed

  • hi evryone

    i tried wp and deleted it and want to try it again. after installing i get this message:

    Already Installed
    You appear to have already installed WordPress. To reinstall please clear your old database tables first.

    where can i go to change to the current settings?

  • Try installing again and this time instead of the default prefix “wp_” use something else for eg “wb” this will let you install.

    Second option is delete the tables in your database from myphpadmin and that should let you install using the default prefix “wp_”
