• Resolved heiditown

I’ve had this question before and it was never resolved, but now that I’ve upgraded to WP2.8, I thought maybe I’d try again.

I can’t seem to get my subpages to alphabetize on my blog. For instance, on my movie review page, they show up in the order they were posted, not alphabetically (even though WP says they should be).

What am I doing wrong? I’m sure it’s something I’m doing wrong when I create the subpage, but I can’t figure it out. To me, it seems they should just alphabetize automatically, but that is obviously not the case.

    Thanks for any help!!!

  • What code are you using to generate this list?

    hm…

When I write a new review, I simply write it on a subpage of Movie Reviews. No codes involved. I am very low tech. Perhaps I should know these codes you speak of?? ?? Seriously, I’m still learning. I’ve just migrated the site to Amazon so that I can do advertising on it, so I am working on making the site easier to move around.

So these are Pages rather than Posts, yes?

    Site url?

    Yes, PAGES not posts.

I figured out how to do this by numbering my pages, but it’s super duper clunky and I hope WP fixes this in the future.

Everytime I add a movie review I will have to go back and re-number. Ugh.
