Alphabetized List Solutions?

First off this plugin works fantastically, thank you for making this solution available, it makes the task of organizing page links so much easier and the shortcode and CSS styling options give a great bit of functionality and personality.

I do however have an issue which I have yet to resolve, and I would love to hear of any solutions before I attempt one of the workarounds that I have scoped.

I have about 350 pages that I am using this plugin to showcase on a main parent page. With the sheer amount of content, it would be immensely beneficial to have some way to break the rows and show a header with alphabetical reference.

Is there a way to filter pages alphabetically so that I could just populate a list with only words starting with a certain letter? That way I could manually build the header with shortcode for the alphabetical filter below showing for instance options starting with a specific letter.

Alternately in my search I did come across some plugins that already have methods such as this integrated into the shortcode, however for our purposes this plugin proved to be the most suitable
