Alphabetical Product Itemization

  • Hello

    I want to show my products in alphabetical order. I have selected: Custom Ordering + Name. I do not have any other ordering parameters in place (that I am aware of), but something is still keeping it from showing alpha. Any help is most appreciated!

    Our development team is currently investigating a bug in Crio that is preventing the Custom Ordering rules for WooCommerce products from working as expected. Unfortunately I do not have any kind of estimate when this bug will be fixed, but you can subscribe directly to the GitHub issue thread to get updates on our progress as soon as they occur.

    I had tried using a third party plugin to enable A-Z sorting, but to no avail. Will those not work until this bug is fixed, either?

    Hi Scott!

    Which third party plugin did you use to attempt to enable alphabetical sorting? It sounds like the bug in the theme might be interfering with the sorting behavior regardless of how it is applied, but I would like to confirm the behavior on my end just to be sure.

    Hi again,

    I used WooCommerce Extra Product Sorting Options. Whether it was enabled or not did not change any of the sorting functions, unfortunately. It offers an A-Z dropdown, but that does nothing. So I’m guessing it’s bug related, as you’ve said.
