Alphabetic Filter

You could just create a taxonomy called “Alphabet” and create a term for each letter.
It’s possible the dropdowns ordering is wrong (might be defaulting to date) but you can easily change that using one of the filters found here:

for example for the A letter ? which exemple filter should i use ?

Use that to create your taxonomy “alphabet” and then you just create a letter “category” (technically a term in WordPress but you’d call it a category) for each letter.

So no filters involved!
