Have you gone through the video tutorial?

If yes, then make sure that you are developing the WordPress theme on standards defined by WordPress. I have just checked your body tag without standard classes so i couldn’t guess that its a category/archive page or a simple static page? I know, it loop but is it user define loop or default one?

Default: Free version will work.
Custom Query: Pro version will be required.

P.S. Alphabetic Pagination is working on this page, i have checked it in page source. But i doubt on your loop (page). Alternatively check it as well for better understanding.

My wordpress theme is not default. The link that I gave you, is the category.

And that is the define loop.

I have just found a JavaScript bug in my plugin yesterday and fixed that. In fact, i have already worked on include/exclude category thing but it was not working in a few cases when there are JavaScript errors. I figured out that yesterday and fixed it. Please try version 2.2.1.
