Alow users hovering through alphabetic and a Div will show or hide

    I’m building a website for a construction company and want to build something like what https://seriesgate.tv has at it’s header(hovering through alphabetic part).

    so Do you guys have any idea where i can get a plugin similar to that?
    Please share any ideas you have.
