• I’m new to this plugin:
Question one: How do I divide my subscribers into smaller lists?

Second question: I clicked on the newsletter edit page for both subscribers & users (ie only me). My newsletters were registered as posted. The report shows that 929 were sent, but I doubt if they were really sent & received because I never received a newsletter email myself! How can I confirm that my followers are really getting my newsletters?

Thirdly: My newsletter weren’t posted on Twitter or Facebook: is that normal? I posted those myself manually, so as to get to those who are still/really interested in what happens on my website.

Otherwise I think its a great plugin. I just need to sort out how to use it more effectively.

    Hi, The Fagan:
    1) You can use mailing lists: https://www.eventualo.net/blog/wp-alo-easymail-newsletter-faq/#faq-17
    2) You can debug newsletters: rather than the recipients, you can send all emails of a newsletter to the author or you can have them recorded into a log file. You can enable it in Newsletters → Settings → tab Newsletter.
Anyway, ask to your provider about mailing emails via php: there could be some limitations.
    3) To publish newsletters (or other post types) on your social accounts you have to use other plugins, it’s not automatic.

    Hi eventualo,
Thanks for trying to help me.
As to number one questions answer: How does your link actually help dividing subscribers into smaller lists?
2nd question answer: I went to newsletters setting and adjusted it from “no” to “Send all emails to author”. What does that mean? Do my subscribers still get my emailed newsletters or only me?
3rd question answer: I already have social plugins that send my posts to social media sites! Ok, so I understand that I have to post my newsletters manually myself to social media sites.
I’m with South Africa’s Lantic ISP. New operators come and go there, so they’re not always clued up with php or smpt problems!
