• EDITED TO ADD:
The developer got in touch with me to inform me of a couple of options that will get me the functionality I’m looking for: sorttable and Tablesorter. This is a really nice plugin that meets the needs of bands and musicians.

    Original review:
There is one thing missing from this plugin: the ability for the end user (i.e., the person actually browsing the website) to sort the table themselves by clicking on the Artist / Title headers. If that could be added to future versions, this would be perfect.

    Hi singer74,

    thanks for your review.

To be honest, however, I’m not that happy with getting a 3-stars rating just because the plugin is missing some feature you would like to see, one that you can easily add yourself by using something like sorttable, Tablesorter and the like.
Is it really fair to give a 3-stars rating just because of this? This plugin is, in your own words, perfect – except for this feature.

That being said, I actually think this plugin far away from being perfect. I’m already working on a complete refactor. My only problem is the lacking time…

    Thanks anyway, and kind regards,
    Thorsten

    Ah, yes, good point!
I’ve heard of sorttable/Tablesorter but because I’ve never had need for either I had forgotten they existed. Maybe you could mention them somewhere in the documentation for future users. I’ll update my review and star rating.

    Hey Guys,

I have been building a plugin that does the functionality you are asking for and more.

There will be a free version for release on www.remarpro.com by end of May 2015.
