Almost perfect.

The tabs thing is not an issue, since I can see how it would be pretty difficult to make those interact with each other. For me however, the main problem is the comments not registering as actual comments, and as a result not being counted as comments on wordpress.

It makes the plugin way less versatile with other wordpress plugin-ins such as adding most commented post in a page, and adding recent comments as a widget.
