Almost perfect

The simplest and comfortable contact form I have used. I should give it 4 stars because of bootstrap design. You should use container size (<div class="span12">...</div>) in bootstrap to make inputs same size as my div container. The rest is as beautiful as it should be. Easy and safe! Thanks.
