  • Don’t copy the entire parent theme’s css into your child theme’s stylesheet. You should only be adding your changes to the child theme’s stylesheet after the @import line.

    But that surley cannot be the reason for this? It enabled me to change it, why can’t I do it backwards?

    I am afraid to go deleting now since I forgot what I’ve changed so far.

    All together now…Oh yes it can. You are not using the child them correctly.
