Ally-Web Accessibility – Favicon not showing on frontend

I updated to the new Ally on two sites, and both no longer show the favicon, which began after the update. When Ally is disabled, the favicon is restored. chronic-joy.org and shop.chronic-joy.org. Help appreciated!
