Allways error trying to submit my form

I created a contact form with the following settings:

<label> Nome
[text* Nome] </label>

<label> E-mail
[email* Email] </label>

<label> Telefone
[tel Telefone] </label>

<label> Mensagem
[textarea Mensagem] </label>

[submit "Enviar"]

And in the mail settings i put the following data:

To: [email protected]

From: [email protected]

In the contact page:
https://test.animavet.pt/contactos/

I try to send the form and it keeps on returning

“Ocorreu um erro ao tentar enviar o seu formulário. Por favor, tente de novo mais tarde.” in Portuguese, that is in english “An error occurred while trying to submit your form. Please try again later.”
