Allowing users to create their own alert

Hi,

I am looking for an option that allows users to create their own email alerts for any custom post types.
ex:
I like to have a form for the users in the front end that allows users to select the custom taxonomy for a particular post type to which they want to subscribe for the email alert.

Please guide me on how to set this feature.
