Allowing Same User Voting

    Hi There

    I have setup a voting form for people to choose the charity. I have turned off the Poll votes limit so only one person can vote.

    The problem I am getting is if I vote on a PC or Google Chromebook and then I log out of the PC and someone else logs in with their username and password it won’t allow them to vote as I have voted already on that PC but under my account.

    How does this work as is it based on a browser session or something?

    I basically want different users to be able to vote even if its on the same PC they can vote if they login on their account.

    Can this be achieved please?

  • Hi @cambriawebmaster,

    Hope you’re doing well.

    Since Polls are available to visitors as well, the votes are limited to once per IP and at the moment there’s no option to change that I’m afraid.
    But I have forwarded this to our devs so they can discuss changing how voting limitation works in future updates.
