I love the theme. Thanks so much for your hard work.

I’m running into a little bit of a problem, which I don’t know how to resolve. Often when I’m looking at blogs on my mobile device (Android or iOS), I use the Chrome browser. Sometimes I like to click in the Chrome options to “Request Desktop Site” because there are some things that I can’t see on the mobile version — for instance, on my blog you cannot see the sidebar when viewing from mobile.

However, with the way your theme is set to scale (I believe based on width, rather than based on the device accessing the theme), clicking Request Desktop Site does nothing. Is there any way to fix this so that clicking that option would show the default desktop version of the theme?

I hope I’ve been clear, and thanks so much for your help.

    Hi Keith,

Sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately, as you say, the Request Desktop Site only works when the site has separate versions for desktop and mobile – not when the site is responsive (adjusts to the width of the device). There’s no easy way to enable the same functionality for a responsive theme.
