    Hi,

I have a product with minimum 1000 and maximum 5000 quantity set. Suppose if I alread have 5000 quantity in the cart and then add another 1000, then it total quantity becomes 6000. Now it shows the error message. But I can go to cart and from there, I can checkout with 6000 quantities which is more than with my allowed maximum quantity.

Is there any way to fix this?

    Thank you.

    Hello anjanphukan,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

If you have set the Max rule in the “Advanced Rules for Min/Max Quantities” section for the products then it will always check on the product detail page during increase/decrease the quantity input.

If you have to fix Min and Max quantity products for your order quantity then you need to apply the settings in the “Checkout Settings” section that will check during the cart/checkout page.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi @hitendra-chopda

Thanks for your reply. But unfortunately, I can’t set min max quantity in the checkout settings, as my different products have different min max quantities.

It was an urgent requirement so I ended up using a paid plugin named “Min/Max Quantities”
by WooCommerce. It clears the cart in the checkout page when the quantity is more than maximum allowed quantity and thus prevents the checkout.

    Thank you.
