Allowed memory size of 209715200 bytes exhausted

    My website (https://thetimesinfo.com/) is having issues loading (frontend and dashboard): sometime it loads very slowly and sometimes just displays a blank white page. I enable define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true); Then i find this error. i m getting issue of backup last few days with this.

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 209715200 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 54876616 bytes) in /home/…/plugins/better-wp-security/modules/free/backup/class-itsec-backup.php on line 205

    what can i do. i need to solve it as soon as possible.
