allowed memory size exhausted

  • Hi, I’m getting this error message when I try to access my customizer. I can’t access widgets either.

    Fatal Error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted

    My host has increased memory to no avail (I have managed WordPress hosting). The theme developer says that something is using a ton of memory on my site. I think it may be the large number of reviews I have. Is there a way to archive old reviews without them disappearing from my site altogether?
