• Hi,
when I try to edit an instance in ACP (also a newly created one) I always get a blank page and the error (in apache’s errors.log):
Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 81 bytes) in /var/www/clients/client1/web1/web/wordpress/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2350

I know I can override this limit. But this happens only with this plugin (at least I only saw the error using it). So I ask here if it’s ok to just override that limit or there’s maybe something else that could cause this.

    Thank you!

What version of the plugin do you have?

Hi nick. I have 3.7.1. The problem started not recently but I had no time to ask before. So probably it was also with a previous version.
I saw I had the proble with another plugin (maybe due the registered users growth… I have 100.000).
Changing the memory_limit value to 512M solved the probleb for the other plugin… but not for this one.

You have 100.000 users? wow! this might be a problem for the plugin indeed.

Are you able to install it or not?

Yes it’s installed; the problem is if I try to edit a WFU instance.
When I installed the plugin I probably had 20/30k users and I had no problems. After that I updated the plugin with no problem. If you think it’s useful I can uninstall it and try to reinstall…
