allow visitors to upload videos to my site

Hi.
Im looking for a way that visitors can upload Youtube videos direct from my site , and the videos will be post on my site, with the link to youtube.
something like this.
https://ytdirectlite.appspot.com/static-min/submit.html
but for wordpress.
instead of going to youtube and give me the link.
is this plugin can help me achieve this?
