allow video upload

Users will be able to upload videos if you activate the upload-functionality in your settings and modify the allowed filetype and size. Automated embedding of the videos will not be available I guess because I dont want to ship another third-party-library for this with the plugin. But this should not be a big problem because browsers often show the content of the video in an own media-tab when opening the link.
