Allow users who are not administrators to use the plugin

Currently, the plugin looks for “manage_options” and “administrator” capabilities.

Please either reduce this to “manage_woocommerce” or allow a custom user permission level in the settings.

At the moment, “Shop Manager” users cannot use the plugin.
