Allow users to submit media to my website (?)

Hey guys, just started my website featuring IMO funny or interesting media. I’d eventually like to get a “submit media” section on my site where my friends or basically any random person can upload pictures/videos to a section of my site (like /submissions). I’ve searched and searched but haven’t found anything :/

What I’d like: users must login to submit (as spam protection for me)
uploaded media goes to its own separate page and is sorted by date added(where I could then browse through it and pick the best stuff to feature on the main page).

I want to keep it as simple as possible, and though I’d prefer it, a “login” section isn’t required. I don’t want people making posts with media embedded *unless* it can be on a separate page (so my index.php isnt spammed with crap).

Anyone know of a plugin/code/page that will help the situation?

As a side note, I’d also like my own flash player so that I can upload videos to my site directly and play them with my own player (as of now I have to upload via youtube then embed).
