Allow users to submit links to posts

Hey guys, have you guys got any idea on allowing registered users to submit links to posts? I’m running sort of like a video related site, and I want to add a feature or system similar to websites like https://www.Sidereel.com or https://www.watchanimeon.com , where users are able to contribute or add their own links to respective posts.
