• Hello,
Apologies if this questions has already been asked, but is there a way for users to update their info within the manage subscription page? My clients subscriber list is a culmination of various contact lists from gmail and mail chimp. They have been poorly managed over the years, and many emails are missing first and last name info, and I would like subscribers to be able to update their names down the road.

One other question… When I have the option to use the themes styling for various send press pages, the page background is transparent and it make it hard to read the text over my image background.

    Many thanks for your support,
    Jimbo

Eventually, the manage subscription page will also include the ability to manage your profile. That would include the ability to update your name and any other custom fields that are included. Custom field is something that we are working on. This will probably be available sometime in the next three or four months (maybe sooner).

As far as your theme issue goes, it’s possible that if we had access to your theme (or if it was a free theme we could download) we might be able to fix the issue. It is very dependent on the theme though. Could you let us know which theme you are running?

    Thanks for the quick reply!
I understand about the profile management stuff.

I am running the Striking Responsive Theme https://www.strikingsupport.com. I would be more than glad to grant access to the site if you would like to investigate further as the theme is a premium one.

    Regards,
