Allow un-registered users to submit ideas, vote?

    Love your plugin but any chance you can create a setting to provide non-logged-in users with full functionality? We want to give this functionality to our community to essentially create a feature backlog that they can vote up/down/prioritize, but we aren’t going to give our users the option to register. The plugin isn’t going to meet our needs otherwise.

    You could restrict voting based on cookies perhaps? (but would be ok with no restriction as a start)
