Allow to delete quantity on product and cart pages

Thank you for work on this plugin.

In the settings>shop you can check the box: “Allow to change product quantity on shop page” (the quantity box is not displayed on the shop page, even if the box is checked).

But it is not possible to hide the quantity fields on the Product and Cart pages.

I am selling subscriptions, so all about changing quantities does not make sense. So instead of allowing to change quantity on the pages
I wish in the next update, I wish a checkbox for denying quantity fields, on the pages.
