Allow to add question anonymously

For the first question, we do not support anonymous users. All questions are posts so we need a registered WP user to create a post and when it is an anonymous user it does not work well. The Pro version support FB/G+/LI users registration
Adding a notification is easy and can be done by adding this text to templet files CMA which you can place in your theme directory
