Allow Tax on Shipping for Automated Taxes

    Hello,

    This plugin has been very helpful. One issue: I understand when I install WC Tax & Shipping that it overrides the ‘Compound’ and ‘Shipping’ toggles found in the Standard Rates area of the Shipping settings. I would like to be able to charge tax on all my domestic shipping and effectively have that Shipping toggle turned back on. Our domestic shipping formula is listed as ‘Taxable’. When we manually enter a tax rate for another state we are able to click the ‘Shipping’ toggle and charge tax on that shipping, but not with the automated taxes. Is there any way to override this? Thank you

    Hey there!

    Automated taxes was meant to be a one-click solution for taxation needs. If you need to use your own taxation setup then Automated taxes might not be the right option for you.

    If you think, that the Plugin should offer this feature to let the user customize the tax rates, it would be great to have you add your ideas to the Ideas Board, which is where developers go to look for future plugin features and improvements.
