    Hello Robin, hope you had good time away.

    I am in a muddle about my user roles and access!

    I have a staff member who I want to allow full access to the content that is covered by the Private Groups plugin. I can’t work out how to do this.

    The Private Group is set up so that members can only view their own content within that part the forum.

    I don’t want to give the staff member Administrator or Keymaster access which is what I seem to have.

    Could you please point me in the right direction.

    the simplest method is to set up a new group called say ‘staff’ and then in each forum include this group.

    If you wanted them to also have moderator rights, then set them as a moderator also and they can moderate ion all forums.

    That worked brilliantly once I worked out that I needed to untick the other private group in their user profile.
