Allow someone to edit comments but not posts

I would like to set someone up to be able to edit/delete comments, but not posts themselves. Specifically, I would like to allow someone to delete comments by other people, but not to be able to view unpublished drafts. I installed the “Role Manager” plugin but there does not seem to be any combination of capabilities which produces the effect I want.

Could anyone suggest any solutions/workarounds to this?
