Allow setting display roles, transmit more setting

Hi.
First of all I was pondering if I should try and write a plugin to display static documents in the backend as help. Then I searched if something similar already exists. Your plugin does so much more than I could possibly have accomplished! ??

But still I have some suggestions

• Allow setting the minimum required role to be able to edit/manage; default should be what’s currently hardcoded. If current user’s role doesn’t at least match that minimum role, don’t show Settings, Add, Manage or the handlers to move entries. Basically I imagine it looking like the screenshot at the plugin page without even the Manage button, then.
• As I saw requests for displaying the help for users who can’t publish_pages this could be a similar setting (which probably should be transmitted).
• It would also be nice if the WP Help topic text and the document list header text would be transferred, as well.

Is that anything you deem worthy for the next update?
