Allow readers to upload photos

im searching for a simple plugin for wordpress 3.1 that allows my readers to upload photos to my server. they should be stored in a folder so that i can take a look at the photos, so they should not be “published”

Note: im not searching a gallery plugin, but just a simple uploader…

Does anyone know if such plugin exist?
