Allow public downloads from S2Member Secure File Browser

I am using S2Member for its secure file browser plugin. After I updated to the new version it looks like people need to be a member to download files from the file browser.

I would like to allow public downloads from the file browser and ust show the file browser on a wordpress password protected page. Is there a way to set downloads to public so that people do not need to log in or have a membership to download them?
