Allow Public Access To Groups/Forums?

I just tried clicking your link, it looks like you’ve now fixed the problem?
If not, can you provide more details as to when the redirect happens (didn’t happen for me)?

Thank you jibbius for taking a look at my problem.

The problem was bypassed by disabling the BP Registration Options plugin. After disabling the plugin, I see that any non-member can access the group / forum area of the site. However, as long as this plugin stays enabled, any person trying to access the forum link is redirected to REGISTER.

It would be a great if a solution can be found such that I am able to make use of the plugin.

Hmmm, I don’t use forums in my site, so can’t be certain.

I assume that on the plugin’s settings page, you have left the following option unchecked:
`Only registered or approved members can view BuddyPress pages (Private Network)
`

I looked into the “Settings” option for any entry corresponding to this plugin, but did not find any. Request you to advice how to access this particular plugin’s settings.

Just the options page, that is immediately opened when you click the BP Registration icon, in the menu on the left (of the wp dashboard).

I think you can also get there with this url
https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=bp_registration_options
