Allow members to use website like dropbox or skydrive?

I have been searching for hours and I can’t seem to find what I’m looking for.

So basically I just set up a wordpress blog using bluehost and since I get unlimited storage I wanted to take advantage and use some of that as a type of cloud storage. I want it on its own password protected page so me and a buddy of mine could make accounts and use it to upload and download files as we need.

I think this may be asking a little bit much but is there anything out there that could replicate this functionality?
