Allow IP Addresses list with notations or comments

Hi, thanks for a very useful plugin! I have a list in the Allow IP Addresses field and would like to add comments so I can associate IP address with a specific user. If it’s possible to do it, could you please help with the correct text string or explain how to do it? Thanks again!
