Allow instore pickup and manual change of order status

Currently, i have customers paying deposit or full price with plugin… but pickup will occur in store… I need a woocomerce plugin that will let me easily pull up their order, let them pay outstanding balance and ultimately change the order status to picked up. How do i do this?

A bonus feature would be to allow me to attach their ID or signature to confirm receipt upon pickup
