    Sorry for be delay in responding. It has been a busy few weeks on my end.

    With the pro version you can submit support requests directly from within the plugin on the support page.

    You can enable HTML excerpts by following along with our tutorial here:

    Hi guys,

    Does the Advanced Excerpt plugins won’t work in genesis theme, my child theme is dynamik-gen? Also how to enable html in excerpt in the latest version of wordpress? I’m a newbie here.

    Hi @kevinrey02,

    Yes, the plugin should work just fine on the latest version of WordPress. On the dashboard if you select the add-ons page you can install the HTML excerpts add on right from that page.

    Additionally, you can go to ‘Plugins > Add New’ and you can search for “Timeline Express HTML excerpts Add-on” and you should see it pop up. From there you can install and activate the add on.
