Allow guests to view all submitted tickets

Not yet it will be available from the next version of the plugin.

@nsgawli, we just updated to the latest release. It looks like a pretty major update. I was looking for the ability for guests to view all the tickets, but I’m not seeing the option. Has this not been implemented in this release?
