    Hi 1victor,

This kind of issue is usually caused by either conflict with other plugins or the active theme.

Please deactivate the plugins/theme one by one and check after each deactivation to find the problem maker one.

Keep the cache plugin (if you have) deactivated during this testing process. Don’t forget to press Ctrl+F5(twice) on the frontend each time before checking.

    Hi,

I don’t think this is the problem, when I write as administrator it works perfectly.

But when you write as a guest, fill out the form and send, but it is not recorded.

It seems that there is some antispam/security plugin that causes the issue, please deactivate all antispam/security plugins and check again. Also, the issue may be caused by some membership plugin. Please read this support topic the same question is discussed here: https://wpdiscuz.com/community/postid/3577/
